Returns
We hope you love your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK consumer law.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging (including tags and labels)
- Proof of purchase or order number is required

- Items without original packaging
- Personal accessories for hygiene reasons
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your order.
